  • Once this file is added, push the start option to begin the firmware update process. You will notice that in no time of 5 minutest the firmware will be installed in your phone.
  • Once your Galaxy S reboots, your home screen will appear in which you can choose the options likewise and once you are done with the media scanning you need to go in the recovery mode where delete the cache memory on order to delete the unwanted files in case any left in your device.
  • You can do this by first turning off your device then long press the volume up key, press menu as holding both the buttons press then the power button to start. And now when you switch on your device, you will see many options like wipe data, factory reset and you should select Wipe cache partition and then after you reboot the device by clicking on “reboot system now”. Once your Galaxy S is rebooted you can set up your accounts as per your choice. This will dually optimize your battery and flush out all unwanted data from your phone.
