Google Currents For Android Tablets & Phone announced by Google – A Magazine like Edition

If you live in the US you will be glad to know that Google Currents, the Flipboard competitor of Google is now available for everybody who wishes to try this service. This was pushed into the Android Market a little bit earlier than expected.

This is a news reader of contents just for Android tablets and phones (and iOS) was recently announced as Google’s newest application. The Google Currents allows the users to explore magazines online and other contents along your own device in a new and different method. This is the most popular RSS reader for the iOS. This Google Currents is an app which permits you to absorb different types of content in the social and interactive way.

When it was launched, there are more than 150 publishing partners that offer articles whole-length from the popular publications like the AllThingsD, PBS, Forbes, Huffington Post, CNET and many more. Its content you can access is optimized automatically for both the phones and the tablets. This Google Currents excellently incorporates with Google + in order that you can share quickly and easily the videos or articles that you absolutely enjoy with everything in your own Google +circle.

And this is now available currently at the Android Market which is free download. But sadly, it is officially available only for users that are in the US.
