
USB storage on Android
This discussion is for those people who have recently purchased an Android Smartphone. We all know that Androids are more stylish, advance and feature enriched when compared to previous generation of mobile phones. Follow these simple steps:
- Go to the home screen of your android device
- Select ‘applications’ from the main screen

- Then you will need to find ‘USB utilities’. In most of the phones, this option is grouped with Bluetooth Settings, Wi-Fi settings, VPN Settings etc.
- Under that, you will find ‘Connect Storage to PC’.
- On selecting, you will be prompted to attach USB cable between Device and PC.
- After that, you will see an image showing the USB symbol along with an option to ‘Connect USB Storage’. You will require to tap or select that to finish. Now, you can easily transfer/manage data.
After establishing the connection, you can now easily manage your files. The basic operation like copying, moving and deleting are supported in this mode.
