Red eye is an app which can be easily accessed by each person in your home using their own Smartphone, tablets as a controller, and even more than one controller can access the device simultaneously. This one touch app is easy to use and simple. There is also a custom screen layout for each single activity that means you never have to search for the right button for the different activities.

This app gives you the ability to control from different rooms and can be download form android market. It works with Android 1.6 and above on mobiles and up to 3.0 on tablets.

There are some limitations in android for this red eye app. Red eye hardware has two versions – Red eye (Wi-Fi) and Red eye Pro. The application is not compatible with red eye mini and also the configuration requires a PC (Windows, Mac, Linux) with Wi-Fi card and standard web browser (Internet explorer , Firefox , Safari , or Chrome)

If you are configuring WiFi Red eye for the first time, you’ll need a PC with a Wi-Fi networking card or an iOS device. Android does not support ad-hoc Wi-Fi networks. Unfortunately to connect to Wi-Fi red eye, ad-hoc networking is the only way. If you are configuring Red eye pro, you can get ad-hoc networking issue by plugging into a wired Ethernet connection. To move your Red eye over to a regular connection from the initial connection you should download the latest firmware update. Once you are on a regular Wi-Fi network, your android device can quickly connect and easily install future updates.

If you want to connect your RedEye unit from Wi-Fi capable PC , you first have to plug in the red eye unit , it will take a minute or more to boot up. Then you can see the wireless settings on your pc , and search for the network named RedEye. Now you can connect your PC
