If you love your Android device but not crazy about its interface then you must have heard about Chinese-made custom rom, MIUI which has been a big hit among Android users because of its unique user interface and plenty of other features. Its elegant and beautiful iOS-like interface, blazing speed and the most popular File explorer which gives you access to locally browse your stored data and SD card, all these features have surely make the other custom rom feel jealous.

There are apps like MIUI Music Player and MiLocker which has already provided the MIUI custom rom goodness on the non-MIUI rom users on their devices and now MIUI File explorer is ported to Non-MIUI devices which requires android OS 2.2 or higher to run. The app is offering the same three tab interface which includes Browse, SD card and FTP; browse tab allows to browse all device content such as music, video, photos, documents, zip files, apk’s and more on a category based dashboard and the graphical representation of total space left or consumed by each category, SD card Tab allows to explore device internal as well as SD card, and at last you can remotely transfer of files between pc and android device via built in FTP server which is presently not working, but the developer has promised that you will not have to wait for long time.
