Skydroid for Android gives you Windows 8 UI

When you really like how Windows 8 looks however you do not like to lose all its functions and customized options in your Android device you are now lucky. There are several developers that have bonded to produce something that provide you the best of both of these worlds. This is called the Skydroid which is the newest wallpaper, launcher, icons and applications. Skydroid may be the best project which aims to transform your Android phone into having Windows 8 example OS. Even though this is not going as the direct replica of the Microsoft of the OS of Microsoft, this will be greatly inspired by it and must replace all of the main and basic applications for the calendar, dialer, email, SMS, camera, gallery, alarm, browser and many more.

The Skydroid is presently still in the development stage and after some months will be expected its intended released date, so there is not too much to show for now aside from the image of this proposed design launcher, but it seems that it looks really great. Is Microsoft going to take some action against this project? But time will be the one to reveal this and hoping that Skydroid will be finished and completed by that time for us to test it. It was TheRedDrake who was behind the efforts in bringing this project into existence. Together with fourXDA members have decided to bring some efforts in to bringing the Windows 8 looks into the Android. The team likes to mention that their coming launcher is not just a copy but instead greatly inspired by Windows 8 Metro UI. And the thing that really made this new launcher really special is that this team wants to go beyond and above all possibilities. They want to make this launcher to include custom applications that are very essential to users. When launching they are expecting to provide twenty and has posed eighteen which they are working at this present time. Here is the list:

This team is assuring all their avid users to have the release in late March or early in April. And until then we can just look at the picture being given so far (but they have not released the higher resolution image). Will it be better is they will change this project’s name into Metroid? Do you want it as much as I do? I know that this is a great idea and will be a name that is to be well associated with this upcoming project.
