And once this Honeycomb (ICS too) was just released, this application has been provided with the capability to dock itself on the notification bar.

Then you do not have to root or the Custom ROM- so this may be installed having the tap of buttons.  This Power Control Plus is the widget which allows you to turn off/on any setting in your own phone, right along your home screen. That every aspect of the Power Control Plus widgets must be customizable, that includes size, color, behavior and many more.The toggles, colors and other goods must be added thereafter.
