The developer has packed the theme into a flashable zip which can be easily and quickly flash via ClockWorkMod recovery. One flashed the app or theme will replace the home screen to Metro UI like interface and themes your notifications panel and taskbar to fit with the Metro UI.

Presently the app is still is in beta mode, so there are still some bugs that need to work out and lot to come.  The developer has promised to develop more widgets and customize more of the theme like the widgets so the app is not a final release.
