There is a new announcement of the recent update for the Life 360 application for free. It has many features that for sure you are going to love. With the additional updates that will progress the overall simplicity of use, there has been development of the great, free and new features. The Quick Notes, Safety Emails & Custom Notifications, the FamilyChannel and some more special additional features to the Android model.

FamilyChannel (TM)

It will be the first time that your whole family can stay in touch along multiple platforms having a secure and private group chat. This means that you will be able to have an access in the FamilyChannel™ whether you are using iPhone, Android or texting message in a featured phone. When you share details with your safety status and the Check In, then this will be the best place to do it. Like for example, when you are going home and stopped by the shopping store, you may all inform all the members of the family using one message only. Then they will message you back and find that others have already responded and will even know if you are still at the store and they quickly remembered that they run out of food! In case of emergencies just like this the FamilyChannel™ will permit your family to efficiently communicate and thus maintain a great ongoing communication. It has been never easier to just stay connected.

Quick Notes

When you are rushing and do not have time for calling then you may send the Quick Note previously saved via the text message or the application such as ‘On the way!’ for the whole family. When you do not have your phone on hand or when your battery is dead? There is no problem- you can actually send the message via email.

Custom Settings Notifications

Having the FamilyChannel™ will also let you have the safety notifications emails option. You can now choose how you want to receive your messages through the text, email, app alerts or any other combination of these selections.                                    

Update Android

When you are running the application on the Android device then you will see also the new menu having easy access to all members of the family in the view list. You will find a new Life 360 widget that comprises all of the Life 360’s main features) like the Panic, Messages, Check In) and available with just one touch.
