  • Unzip to the desktop
  • There will be displayed 5 files in all including the Odin plus file which are relevant
  • Enter the phone in download mode
  • Press down on volume key + OK button and while holding them simultaneously press the power button.
  • Now keeping the Odin open in the computer along with the download screen on in the phone, connect it to the computer.
  • ID:COM block will turn yellow
  • Un tick the option of “ One Package”, this will lead to all the options in the Odin will be activated
  • Download the OPS file, useful in the next step
  • Add the files in the exact sequence. You can add the files by selecting the corresponding options which are mentioned on the left hand side below:-
  • OPS, Boot, Phone, PDA, CSC
  • Click on the start
  • The process of firmware update would begin
  • 10-15 minutes
  • Now once the device is turned on, the user might have to turn off the device to reenter in the recovery mode and clear all the cache data which slows down the phone.
  • Do it by using the wipe data/factory reset and also the Wipe Cache Partition, and then reboot the device by selecting reboot system now.
